What you need to do when the forms are back online:
If you have a saved application in progress, please review your responses from the beginning to ensure they are still accurate, as we have removed and reorganized some questions.

If you are starting a new application, no additional action is required.

Truist Foundation Grants Submissions

Truist supports nonprofit organizations that serve critical needs in their communities. On this portal you will have the opportunity to apply for a grant from either the Truist Foundation or the Truist Charitable Fund. 

Truist Foundation has an open application process so that we can invest in innovative nonprofits that align with our key areas of focus: building career pathways to economic mobility  and  strengthening small businesses.

By partnering directly with nonprofit organizations that support wealth building for historically excluded communities, it's our goal to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.

Truist also invests in other areas such as thriving communities, education and disaster relief and recovery, but please note these applications require an invitation code. Truist and Truist Foundation invests in initiatives, projects, and programs that create greater opportunity for all. Let's build a better world together.

If this is the first time using Truist's new grants management system (whether to submit a report, or begin a new application) please create a new account and follow the steps in order to gain access.

Please use the email address of the primary contact when creating the account. The primary contact will receive all communications and requirements related to your request.
